(a) Open PersonalBrain™
(b) From the Help menu, select About PersonalBrain Edition Pro. It will show your name and the last four digits of your license number like this X-X-X-6382. If it shows the full license number, please edit out part of the license number.
(c) Press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard. It will place an image of your screen on the Windows clipboard ready for you to paste.
(d) Open Paint, the image software supplied with Windows. It is usually found here:
Start > All programs > Accessories > Paint
Paste the image of the screen (Ctrl+V) into the Paint window. Save the file (as .jpg or .jpeg if possible - .bmp is OK but will take you much longer to send).
(e) Browse to the file in the above form and include it

Alternative 2. Very small special brain in exported form
(a) Make a new brain with two thoughts: Topicscape for <your name here> and the other its child, having any file attached to it. You could make up a text file for this.
(b) Export the brain as follows: File > Export > XML for BrainEKP
(c) Browse to the file in the above form and include it

Alternative 3. Proof of purchase
An image of the credit card statement showing Brain purchase and your full name (with all other personal / financial details removed or blacked out). Any images submitted to us will be destroyed after processing your request.
