Search
User reported problems with MS Windows Desktop search in Vista. We have not been able to reproduce. Any information to help us see it happen will be gratefully received.
Menus
FIXED in latest installer. Download now. >>> View menu in 2D refers to "'Scape" where it should say "Map". Right-click pop-up menu in Topic Center has similar incorrect wording.

Topicscape Orphans
FIXED in latest installer. Download now. >>> Orphans included checkbox is not working. When clicking on 'Orphans included' checkbox, viewpoint changes to the Tag Pool. Occasional problems with colors appearing (incorrectly) in Topicscape Orphans.
Chinese and Japanese filenames

Fired it up and started 'hacking' some five hours ago (now 01.40am).
First impressions - pretty awesome! I believe I can start using it to organise most of my business and personal life now on a more permanent basis.
The new 2D function from my perspective really gives it the 'polished edge' and together with the other improvements on viewing & selecting the occurrences 'at a glance' makes the whole operation so much smoother.
Experimenting over 2 x PC's (Desktop & Notebook) synchronised through MS Groove, so far so good, even with file attachments :) though not sure how it will get on with email and task sync. Will let you know
